Vision Journaling Virtual Workshop

Vision Journaling EB Cover (2).png

If you have a heart for helping others, this workshop is designed for you. Do any of these describe how you feel?

Feeling heavy from carrying the burdens of others?

Anxious, stressed, or burnt out?

Caring less than you used to? Easily angered? Growing more cynical by the day?

Feeling scattered from your mind racing with ideas and thoughts?

Not sure how to process through things going on in your life so you can stay energized to care for others?

You may benefit from a creative outlet. Let's journal towards peace and scribble towards hope.

Join Sarah King as she guides us through the scenic route of creativity. Even just changing the landscape of your mind can help get you out of a rut.

In this interactive workshop, you'll get the tools and guidance to create a multi-media journal for ongoing travel through the scenic routes of your soul, heart, and mind. You'll also be equipped with prompts, practices, and tools to continue on your own. Whether working on envisioning your future, working through something emotionally, or working towards a goal, this creative journaling practice can help you on your journey.

January’s workshop theme will be giving gratitude for lessons learned, releasing what we don’t want to carry from 2020, and welcoming our vision for 2021. This is a monthly offering and each session is unique. You are welcome to join in at any point in the series. No prior art experience required.

Recommended Supplies for January’s Workshop:

  • Journal, notebook, or at least 3 pieces of paper

  • pen or pencil

  • Colored pencils, markers, or crayons

  • Optional: old magazine, scissors, glue or mod podge (and foam brush if using mod podge)
