Candlelight Journaling: Honoring Those We’ve Lost

No matter how long ago, or how well you knew them personally, loss of life affects us. During the holiday season, loss often feels closer to the surface for many of us. Friends, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, cousins, medical professionals and other essential workers, join me as we set aside time and space to for those we’ve lost.

By engaging in a creative journaling practice, our hands allow our hearts and minds to rest and grieve. Grieving acknowledges the person’s importance and presence in this world while mourning their physical absence. Whether the person or people you’re grieving were family members, friends, clients, patients, or you’re feeling the collective loss of 1.4 million lives from this pandemic worldwide, you are welcome to attend. This is a live session on zoom.
