This workshop’s theme is knowing and loving ourselves. Dip your toe into self-mastery by learning about an ancient tool called the Enneagram. Our special guest, Danielle Fanfair, will share insights from her studies, and we’ll engage with what resonates with our life and personality through journaling prompts led by Sarah King.

If you have a heart for helping others, this workshop is designed for you. Do any of these describe how you feel?

Anxious, stressed, or burnt out?

Caring less than you used to? Easily angered? Growing more cynical by the day?

You may benefit from a creative outlet. Let's journal towards knowing ourselves better and scribble towards loving ourselves.

Even just changing the landscape of your mind can help get you out of a rut and leave refreshed to pursue your passions.

In this interactive workshop, you'll get the tools and guidance to create a multi-media journal for ongoing travel through the scenic routes of your soul, heart, and mind. You'll also be equipped with prompts, practices, and tools to continue on your own. Whether working on envisioning your future, working through something emotionally, or working towards a goal, this creative journaling practice can help you on your journey.

This is a monthly offering and each session is unique. You are welcome to join in at any point in the series. No prior art experience required.
