Create a Necktie Wreath

I’m guessing you’ve figured out that I love upcycling. What you may not know is that I also love neckties! So much so, that in my former infant and toddler clothing line, neckties played a key role. I upcycled the necktie fabric to make miniature neckties and bow ties on baby clothing, because what baby doesn’t look adorable in one? Anyway, when purging my Obababy materials this year, I hung onto some fun ties to use in other projects. One of them is this awesome, easy way to create a wreath. You could do this for any season really. This one happens to be Christmas-themed.

Supplies:

  • Scissors

  • Pencil

  • Foam or metal wreath form (I used 12”, but any size is fine)

  • cardstock or heavy paper

  • glue gun

  • at least 13 neckties
