Water & Well-Being: World Swim Day Mini-Retreat
Saturday, October 26th, 5pm - 8pm
Theme: Flow versus Force
In this three-hour small-group experience, we’ll explore the theme of "flow versus force" on land and in water through gentle yoga, meditation and guided breathing, and a "Blue Mind" swim session.
Experience being held and supported by land, water, and your body through exercises designed for relaxation, reflection, and renewal.
Activities include:
Gentle Yoga stretching
Guided Breathing
Meditation
Guided Gliding & Streamlining
Water movements to explore buoyancy and flow
Floating (Assisted or unassisted)
Lite Bites & Discussion

Who is this event for?
Adults (18+ years old) who would like to relax, reflect, and renew their energy as they embrace grounding and water-based exercises for mental health and well-being. While this event is designed for Beginner and Intermediate-level swimmers, all adults who would like to participate are welcome.
Location:
Private Venue with Heated Saltwater pool in Miramar, FL near Miramar Parkway and I-75. Exact address sent upon registration.
Restroom is available on-site. Free parking behind the venue. Outdoor venue with covered patio.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing for outdoor yoga
Yoga Mat
Swimsuit (Ladies: one or two-piece is fine as long as you feel secure)
Goggles
Swim Cap (optional)
Sun protection
Towel
Water
Weather Policy:
We can swim in light rain, but not lightning. In the event of inclement weather predicted, you will be notified by 12pm on the day of the event and a full refund will be issued.
