Staying Afloat: Burnout Recovery in the Deep End of Exhaustion

  • Sarah King Creates LLC Virtual USA (map)

Feel overwhelmed, burned out, or exhausted more often these days?

Losing your spark for what used to bring you joy?

Feel like you are just barely staying afloat amidst the many responsibilities you have?

In this interactive workshop, Sarah King will equip participants with creative and accessible strategies to recover from burnout. Through the support, tools, and resources provided, those who serve will be able to reconnect with the person underneath all of the heavy responsibilities they are asked to carry, release stress, and renew their energy to carry out their important purpose.

This is a free, virtual workshop and will last approximately 90 minutes. The time shown is 1:00pm Eastern Timezone.
