June’s workshop will include a guided journaling session surrounding the topic of RISK. Whether you are considering taking a risk, celebrating a successful risk, in the midst of one currently, or recovering from a risk you feel could have gone better, this workshop will meet you there. Through engaging in creative journaling prompts, you will uncover your feelings surrounding risk, heal, and equip yourself to stay grounded and centered in the midst of risk.

What did participants say about being in a Vision Journaling workshop?
“I recommend these journaling/drawing class for anyone to begin writing or drawing because it is informal and helpful particularly for those of us who are intimidated in venturing into a new way to journaling besides writing. I love learning from Sarah because she's very accepting and non-judgmental and gives you space.”
- Mary
“A much needed sense of peace- and the power of taking time to quiet my thoughts and dig deeper”
- Cindy
