Candlelight Journaling - Honoring Those We’ve Lost
No matter how long ago, or how well you knew them personally, loss of life affects us. During the holiday season, loss often feels closer to the surface for many of us. Friends, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, cousins, medical professionals, and other essential workers, join me as we set aside time and space to remember and honor those we’ve lost.
By engaging in a creative journaling practice, our hands allow our hearts and minds to rest and grieve. Grieving acknowledges the person’s importance and presence in this world while mourning their physical absence. Whether the person or people you’re grieving were family members, friends, clients, patients, or you’re feeling the collective loss of lives from this pandemic worldwide, you are welcome to attend.
This session will be virtual, hosted on zoom. The zoom link will be emailed to you 45 minutes prior to the session. No prior artistic experience is necessary.
