What is “Vision Journaling” anyway?

When I say “Vision Journal”, I mean…

In case you haven't had a chance to catch one of my workshops yet, allow me to clarify what I'm talking about when I say "Vision Journaling."

Vison journaling is a way to combine art and writing. In my life, it has served as a tool for dreaming, emotional processing, and planning.

Think art journaling meets bullet journaling if you have ever heard of those journaling methods.

Vision Journaling is one of many ways I teach to engage creativity, which helps relieve stress, calm anxiety, and spark innovation.

The video below is a flip-through of my current, almost completed vision journal as an example of the various types of pages and prompts I've used it for. You’ll see I split mine into three sections: Dream, Believe, and Do. However, any way you choose to organize your vision journal would be beneficial. Take a look for some inspiration:)
