I’m here to help you thrive

My name is Sarah King and I am a Healing Arts Practitioner. I guide helpers in moving from overwhelm to well-being by discovering and engaging with creativity, mindfulness, water and community.

Whether you’re a caregiver, parent, or serve in a helping profession, it is easy to get burned out or experience compassion fatigue. Through the workshops and courses I provide, you can reflect, release stress, and reenergize through discovering and utilizing your creativity. It is my mission to curate experiences and tools that help you stay mentally healthy, wholehearted, and energized to carry out your passions.

Engage creativity from anywhere.

Maybe you are wanting a tool for self-reflection. Maybe you are experiencing anxiety and need a way to find peace. Maybe you have lost someone and need a safe space to grieve. Or maybe you have a project up your sleeve and need space to dream and plan your next steps. Whatever it is, these self-study courses can be a conduit through which you creatively connect with your inner voice.

Bring a workshop to your group.

Colleagues and friends who create together bond, connect, process, engage, laugh, and innovate together. I’ll design and host the presentation or creative workshop while your group enjoys a memorable and meaningful experience together. Private event workshops are available in virtual or in-person format. I am based in South Florida and happy to travel as well.

Take time for creative rest.

You could find a creative hobby on your own to relax and be diligent about setting aside time to engage in it on a regular basis. Or, you can save your time gathering the appropriate supplies and researching activities and instead join our monthly membership where live and self-guided activities are provided along with all of the supplies and lovely company are included too!

You care for others daily.

Take some time for your own care, too.
